So, the only solution is to travel across the arena and collect the stones. You can easily notice the Exp bar which becomes bigger as you collect the stones. When it becomes full - you level up. Getting new level is very important because your figher becomes stronger and gets a bigger health bar - if you are fighting against weaker enemy, you will have a huge advantage.
